If I Sink Like a Stone

If I sink like a stone,

sink to the bottom of the ocean, 

will you find me?

Will you?

Find me.

If I fly to the highest mountain, 

will you hear me,

calling out your name? 

Will you hear me?

Will you?

Hear me.

If I get lost,

trying to find myself. 

Don’t come looking for me.

The Forest

Fear nothing,

I’m here,

I’ll walk with you,

but you have to wake up alone. 

It’s a path in the forest, 

which is no path,

a path to nowhere,

stay on it,

walk no more,

you’re already here.

Just stay.

Can you see me? 

Can you hear me? 

I’m here, my beloved. 

I’m here, Awake,

going nowhere. 

And so are you.
